To create a new campaign, from the campaign table navigate to the left hand sidebar and select ‘Create’.

When creating a new campaign, you can save a draft if you choose to exit out of the campaign creation process at any point. You can access your drafts by selecting ‘Drafts’ in the dropdown list in the Campaign table.
