Spotify Ads Manager reporting only surfaces results when there is enough data for delivery insights and conversions. Reporting thresholds are minimum activity levels that must be reached before data appears in your reports.
When data does not meet the threshold for a given metric, that field will show a dash (—). It does not mean your campaign did not run or that there were zero results.
Campaign reporting
Delivery Insights
Delivery insights are available at the campaign-level, ad-set level and ad-level. Data will only appear if the following thresholds are met:
-
Impressions must exceed 500
-
Reach must exceed 100
If either threshold is not met, delivery insight data for that row will default to (—) .
Note: Streaming Conversion Metrics delivery insights will follow the same thresholds above. SCM artist results are not impacted
Conversions
Conversion data is subject to a minimum threshold of 5 conversions, applied at the campaign, ad set, and ad level. Previously, reports showed `<5` when this threshold wasn't met. Reports now show a dash (—) instead. The meaning is the same to demonstrate that conversion activity was below the minimum threshold.
