To edit a campaign, ad set, or ad, navigate to the relevant level of the campaign table and select ‘Edit’ from the pencil icon ellipses menu on the relevant row. To simply pause or restart delivery of an ad set, you can click the ‘Delivery’ toggle directly in the ad set table.
You can also edit the ad set from the ad set reporting dashboard view. Select the ellipsis on the right side and then click ‘Edit ad set’. Note that you can only edit active campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
Many elements of a campaign, ad set, or, ad are editable during a campaign, but some elements aren't. Note that some of these edits require review which means the current ad will be paused for 24-to 48-hours while it is reviewed. When making edits, a blue warning message will appear at the bottom of the screen if the ad requires review. You will be notified by email once the approval has been granted. You cannot make edits while your campaign, ad set, or ad is under review.
Certain edits, such as targeting or budget edits, are likely to impact performance. The Forecasting Results will refresh in real-time to reflect the impact of the edits.
Below is a list of all the elements that are possible to edit.

*Advertisers using credit card prepayment are not able to decrease their budget
**Advertisers cannot immediately decrease a lifetime budget below 110% of reported spend for Standard pacing or 120% of reported spend for Accelerated pacing. This buffer accounts for reporting delays, which means reported spend may be lower than actual spend.
If you attempt to decrease your budget below the minimum allowed amount, you'll receive an in-product notification that shares the minimum amount you can decrease your budget to at this time.
Example: If a Standard pacing ad set shows $200 spent, the lowest budget you can immediately set is $220 ($200 × 1.1).
To reduce your budget to exactly the amount already spent, pause the ad set for one hour before making the change. This allows reporting to catch up and ensures your new budget is not set below the campaign's actual spend.
